This 7-DOF robotic arm is built around i2RT’s proprietary actuators, combining a brushless motor, precision reducer, encoder, and drive electronics into a compact package for high torque density and minimal backlash. Fully internal cable routing eliminates exposed wiring for improved durability and a clean mechanical design. Cross-roller bearings at every joint provide high rigidity and minimize play, while the CNC-machined 6061 aluminum structure delivers an excellent balance of stiffness, strength, and weight.
