1. Eligibility for Refunds

    

   • Refunds are only accepted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

   • The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    

2. Restocking Fee & Shipping

    

   • All approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

   • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    

3. Non-Refundable Items

    

   • Customized, special-order, clearance, or consumable products are not eligible for a refund.

   • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be refunded.

    

4. Refund Method

    

   • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

    

5. How to Request a Refund

   • Ship the product back to the designated return address provided by our team.

   • Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval or rejection.
