Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are only accepted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 
  2. Restocking Fee & Shipping 
    All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  3. Non-Refundable Items 
    Customized, special-order, clearance, or consumable products are not eligible for a refund.Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be refunded. 
  4. Refund Method 
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. 
  5. How to Request a Refund 
    Contact our customer support team at support@i2rt.com within the 7-day period.Ship the product back to the designated return address provided by our team.Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval or rejection.

Product Warranty

1. Warranty Scope
This product is provided as-is and is intended strictly for the purpose described in the accompanying documentation. The warranty is strictly limited to defects in materials or workmanship that are proven to exist at the time of original delivery.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the warranty period expires, no claims of any kind will be accepted.

3. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, or cosmetic defects.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modification, improper installation, or operation outside of the documented specifications.
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, or disassembled without prior written authorization from the Seller.
  • Damage resulting from third-party components, software, or accessories not supplied or authorized by the Seller.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.

4. Warranty Procedure

  • Any claim must be made in writing to the Seller within the warranty period.
  • The purchaser must provide proof of purchase and detailed evidence of the alleged defect.
  • The Seller reserves the exclusive right to determine whether the product is defective.
  • If deemed defective, the Seller’s sole obligation is, at its option, to either:
    (a) repair the product,
    (b) replace the product with an equivalent unit, or
    (c) issue a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.

5. Customer Obligations

  • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping, handling, customs, and insurance costs associated with returning the product for evaluation or service.
  • Returned products must be shipped in their original packaging or packaging of equal protective quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the remedies expressly stated herein. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product.
